I've worked in the software industry for over ten years. I began my journey as a tester for a major telecom company and slowly evolved towards the world of Product Management, and User Experience Design.
I love the universe of UX research and user my learnings taking an evidence-based approach to Information Architecture and Design, using research and analytics to link the user needs with the business goals.
I'm also a Historian, an Editor, and I'm currently working on my second novel.
